Job Summary
We are seeking a professional, courteous, and responsible Morning Shift Receptionist to manage front-desk operations during night hours. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming and assisting visitors, handling calls and inquiries, maintaining records, ensuring office or facility security, and supporting smooth overnight operations.
Key Responsibilities
Attend to visitors, guests, and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
Welcome and assist guests with professionalism and warmth.
Handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and phone inquiries.
Manage food orders accurately and support smooth front office operations.
Deliver outstanding customer service during the night shift.
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum +2 / Intermediate qualification; a Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
Minimum 1 year of front office or hotel reception experience.
Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, customer service representative, or in a similar role is preferred.
Willingness and ability to work night shifts.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
