Job Summary
The Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for managing the company’s public image and maintaining positive relationships with job seekers, corporate clients, foreign employers, government authorities, media, and other stakeholders. The position supports recruitment promotion, client communication, corporate branding, public information campaigns, and reputation management while ensuring that all external communication is professional, accurate, and compliant with applicable manpower and recruitment regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement public relations and communication activities for the manpower company.
Build and maintain strong relationships with job seekers, clients, foreign employers, government agencies, media representatives, and other stakeholders.
Promote the company’s manpower recruitment services, vacancies, and employment opportunities through appropriate communication channels.
Prepare and distribute press releases, vacancy announcements, company profiles, newsletters, articles, and other communication materials.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure accurate and timely communication of job vacancies and employment information.
Respond professionally to inquiries and concerns from candidates, clients, employers, and external stakeholders.
Coordinate media interviews, press conferences, recruitment campaigns, job fairs, orientations, and promotional events.
Manage public communication through social media, websites, newspapers, and other relevant platforms.
Monitor media coverage, public feedback, online reviews, and public perception of the company.
Maintain a positive corporate image and protect the reputation of the organization.
Support communication during complaints, disputes, recruitment issues, or other reputation-sensitive situations.
Coordinate with relevant government authorities and industry stakeholders when required.
Maintain professional relationships with embassies, foreign employment stakeholders, recruitment partners, and institutional contacts as applicable.
Assist management in preparing speeches, presentations, official statements, notices, and public communications.
Ensure that advertisements and public communications are accurate and do not provide misleading information regarding employment opportunities, salary, benefits, destination countries, or recruitment conditions.
Support corporate branding and promotional activities.
Collect feedback from candidates and clients and communicate important issues to management.
Maintain records of media contacts, PR activities, events, communication materials, and stakeholder interactions.
Prepare periodic reports on PR activities, media coverage, recruitment campaigns, and stakeholder engagement.
Perform other duties related to public relations and corporate communication as assigned by management.
Required Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience in public relations, manpower recruitment, HR services, media, corporate communication, customer relations, or a related field.
