- Identify, prospect and reach out to new vendors, analyze their potential for Kalpa.
- Be a business consultant to new vendors and provide insights and advice for them, being able to deal with different business profiles and sectors. Help new vendors to integrate their catalogue data into Kalpa platform, master Kalpa’s internal tools and train vendors on how to use these tools.
- Plan, conduct, deliver and report analyses to understand the performance of recruited vendors
- Need to have a good relation with the entire agent all over Nepal.
- need to develop new agent for new location
- If needed have to visit the agent location in different city urgently.
- If needed security fund need to be handled with agent
- Need to finalize the rate for the each location
- need to have a proper co-ordination with account for agent statement
