Job Summary:

The Project Management Associate supports the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of projects. The role involves coordinating project activities, tracking progress, managing documentation, facilitating communication among stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.

• Manage project execution from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery.

• Track tasks, workflows, and progress using Jira.

• Provide regular project updates and manage stakeholder communication.

• Coordinate resources, priorities, and team deliverables.

• Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.

• Support continuous improvement of project management processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in project management
