Job Summary:

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, ensuring efficiency, productivity, quality, and compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily theater operations to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for both customers and staff.

• Manage scheduling, training, and performance evaluation of theater staff.

• Overseeing the financial aspects including budgeting, expense control, cash handling.

• Implementing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive sales and profitability.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring all supplies are available as needed.

• Conduct regular inspections of all theater areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.

• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory role in a movie theater or related entertainment industry.

• Strong leadership and customer service skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
