Job Summary

An Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing and coordinating day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality standards. The role involves managing processes, coordinating with different departments, monitoring performance, and supporting business growth through effective operational management.

Key Responsibilities

• Grievance handling and employee problem resolution.

• Conducting client visits and ensuring client engagement and involvement.

• Managing client contracts, costing updates, and related documentation.

• Organizing associate visits, Open House sessions, and employee orientation programs.

• Sharing pay summaries and addressing payroll-related queries.

• Handling resignation processes, clearance formalities, and exit documentation.

• Conducting last working day calls and sharing resignation details with relevant stakeholders.

• Preparing, signing, and handing over employee letters.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
