Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Online Sales Staff member to manage online customer inquiries, promote products/services, process orders, and achieve sales targets through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, website, and other online platforms.

• Promote products/services and convert online inquiries into sales.

• Provide accurate information about products, prices, availability, offers, and delivery.

• Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.

• Receive, verify, and process online orders accurately.

• Coordinate with the store, warehouse, delivery, and accounts teams for order fulfillment.

• Maintain records of customer inquiries, orders, sales, and follow-ups.

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

• Monitor competitors, customer preferences, and online sales trends.

• Meet assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain good customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
