Job Summary

The Loan/Recovery Officer is responsible for monitoring loan portfolios, ensuring timely recovery of overdue loans, maintaining client relationships, minimizing non-performing loans (NPL), and supporting the overall credit recovery process of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist customers in preparing and collecting required loan documents.

2. Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loan processing and approval.

3. Follow up on pending loan cases and ensure timely loan disbursement.

4. Verify customer documents and maintain proper loan files and records.

5. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly loan status reports.

6. Support sales teams in achieving vehicle financing targets.

7. Ensure compliance with company policies and banking procedures.

8. Update loan processing details in ERP/HRMS or company systems.

9. Maintain good relationships with banks, finance companies, and customers.

10. Resolve customer queries related to loan processing and financing.
