Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and support medical teams in delivering safe and effective healthcare services. Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' health conditions and record medical histories.

• Monitor vital signs and identify changes in patient conditions.

• Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and prescribed treatments.

• Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and surgeries.

• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.

• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.

• Ensure infection prevention and control protocols are followed.

• Operate and maintain medical equipment safely and efficiently.

• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide first aid or life support when required.

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Supervise junior nursing staff or nursing assistants when necessary.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous professional development.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.

• Valid Nursing License/Registration.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (ACLS certification is an advantage).

• Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant clinical experience are encouraged to apply.
