Job Summary

The Multi-Cuisine Cook prepares and cooks a wide range of dishes from various cuisines such as Indian, Chinese, Continental, Italian, and others. They ensure food is prepared according to recipes and quality standards while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes from multiple cuisines.

• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet established standards.

• Plan daily food preparation and organize kitchen workflow.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with food safety regulations.

• Monitor food inventory and report shortages to the kitchen supervisor.

• Properly store food items and minimize waste.

• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

• Assist in menu planning and the development of new recipes.

• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.

• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.

Qualifications:
