Job Summery

To promote and sell the company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, hospitals, and other relevant customers. The Medical Representative will build strong professional relationships, achieve sales targets, provide accurate product information, and support the company’s overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit doctors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare institutions regularly to promote company products.

• Present accurate and up-to-date information about medicines, including indications, benefits, dosage, precautions, and product features.

• Achieve assigned sales, prescription-generation, and coverage targets.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.

• Organize and participate in product presentations, medical meetings, seminars, and promotional activities.

• Monitor competitors’ products, pricing, promotional activities, and market trends.

• Collect and communicate customer feedback and market intelligence to the sales management team.

• Ensure effective distribution and availability of products within the assigned territory.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and visit reports.

• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, prescriptions, sales activities, and business opportunities.

• Follow company policies, ethical marketing standards, and applicable pharmaceutical regulations.

• Coordinate with distributors, stockists, and internal teams to resolve product availability and customer-related issues.

• Manage assigned territory efficiently and plan daily and monthly field visits.

• Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate product-related information.

• Support new product launches and other marketing campaigns.

• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, & Management or a related field preferred.

• Candidates with relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales/medical promotion will be preferred.

• Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales potential may also be considered.
