Job Summary

The Managing Director is responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall management of the organization. The role involves setting business objectives, driving growth and profitability, overseeing day-to-day operations, managing key stakeholders, and ensuring the company achieves its long-term vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s strategic vision, business plans, and annual objectives.

• Provide effective leadership and direction to senior management and employees.

• Monitor financial performance, budgets, cash flow, and key business performance indicators.

• Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and potential markets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, investors, suppliers, business partners, regulators, and other stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, corporate policies, and governance requirements.

• Establish performance targets and ensure accountability across departments.

• Recruit, develop, motivate, and retain high-performing leadership teams.

• Review organizational performance and take corrective action where required.

• Lead major negotiations, contracts, investments, and strategic business decisions.

• Promote a strong organizational culture based on integrity, accountability, innovation, teamwork, and customer focus.

• Ensure effective risk management and business continuity planning.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
