Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and responsible Maintenance Engineer to oversee the maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment, machinery, and facilities. The candidate will ensure smooth operations, minimize downtime, and maintain safety and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure optimum reliability, availability, and performance of all plant equipment and utilities.

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize equipment breakdowns and downtime.

• Lead breakdown management activities, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement corrective actions.

• Manage maintenance resources, including critical spare parts, tools, and consumables, while maintaining effective 55 practices.

• Oversee maintenance of plant facilities, infrastructure, and utilities to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in plant maintenance, manufacturing operations, or industrial engineering.

• Experience in preventive maintenance systems, utilities management, and project execution.

• Exposure to TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or Continuous Improvement methodologies is preferred.
