Key Responsibilities

• Assist with basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning ingredients.

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, work surfaces, and food preparation areas.

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen tools.

• Receive, unpack, and store food and kitchen supplies properly.

• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.

• Remove trash and keep kitchen and storage areas clean and organized.

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
