Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Technical Support Executive (Email Focus) to provide technical assistance to customers, primarily through email. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Zoho Mail, email configuration, troubleshooting, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers through email communication.

• Assist with the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft 365, Zoho Mail, and other email platforms.

• Troubleshoot email-related issues, including login problems, email delivery failures, synchronization, and connectivity issues.

• Support email account creation, password resets, mailbox management, and user access.

• Assist with email migration, domain configuration, and DNS settings (MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC).

• Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook and other email clients.

• Handle customer support tickets and ensure timely issue resolution.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree running or completed in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Freshers with basic IT knowledge are encouraged to apply.

• Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Zoho Mail Admin Console.

• Knowledge of email configuration, SMTP, IMAP, POP3, and DNS records.
