Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Junior Support Executive to assist users with accounting ERP software, troubleshoot basic issues, and provide timely technical and functional support.

Key Responsibilities

• Client service - monitor and respond to phone requests, email, or chat about technical cases for new and existing customers.

• Technical troubleshooting - handle technical support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, and resolved, and follow-ups are done promptly.

• Answering Inquiries and problem-solving

• Communicating clearly to resolve doubts with internal departments and clients too

• Staying up to date on New Features

• Pending work: clear documentation and reporting (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Yearly)

• Field visits as a part of support and client’s requirements

• Take feedback from clients at a certain interval of time

• Provide training and guidance to juniors

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a management field.

• 1-2 years of experience in software support, client service, or IT helpdesk roles.

• Accounting Knowledge  

• Good understanding of software systems and databases..

• Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.

• Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems (preferred)
