Job Summary:

A detail-oriented Accounts Receivable professional responsible for following up with merchants on outstanding payments, managing aging reports, and ensuring timely collections within approved credit terms. The role involves preparing and sharing invoices, providing transaction reports, resolving payment-related queries, and performing ledger reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records. Strong communication and coordination with merchants are essential to support smooth payment and settlement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular follow-ups with merchants/clients for outstanding receivables via calls, emails, and meetings.

• Prioritize collection efforts based on aging reports, merchant category, and outstanding balances.

• Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly accounts receivable aging reports.

• Track overdue balances and ensure collections are completed within approved credit terms.

• Categorize merchants based on risk assessment, outstanding amounts, and activity status.

• Prepare and send tax invoices via email and arrange printed invoices when required.

• Provide transaction data and reports to merchants as per their requests.

• Address and resolve merchant inquiries related to payments and settlements.

• Perform merchant ledger reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records.
