- Manage to be a bridge between clients and the agency team
- Breakdown the brief from the client and work in harmony with the agency’s internal team – design and media
- Liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and the organization
- Working with colleagues to devise campaigns that meets the client's brief budget and monitoring the effectiveness of the campaign.
- Monitoring work progress and keeping in contact with clients at all stages
- Presenting alongside colleagues (particularly the account manager), the campaign ideas, budget to the client, managing campaign costs and invoicing clients.
- Working with the account manager to brief media, creative and research staff and assisting with the formulation of marketing strategies.
- Maintain existing clients and market expansion.
