Job Summary

The Junior Accountant will support the Finance & Accounts team in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, preparing reports, reconciling accounts, and assisting with day-to-day accounting activities. The role requires good numerical ability, attention to detail, and knowledge of accounting principles and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, examine and analyze accounting records

• Posting journal entries, updating financial statements, maintaining accounts receivable and payable

• Providing  administrative support for the collection of payments and deposit of cheques in the bank

• Ensure timely and correct invoicing for sales transactions.

• Following up with clients for collection of payments & dues

• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Minimum intermediate in management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field..

• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience the trading or manufacturing industry.
