Job Summary

A Junior Accountant supports the accounting department by maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with financial reporting. This is an entry-level role that helps ensure the accuracy of a company's financial data and compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions.

• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports.

• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

• Maintain general ledger entries and supporting documentation.

• Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
