Job Summary

A Junior Marketing Officer assists the marketing team in developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing social media content, coordinating promotional activities, and analyzing campaign performance. The role focuses on building brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting business growth while gaining practical experience in marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and execution of ATL (Above the Line) marketing activities such as media coordination, advertising, and brand campaigns

• Support BTL (Below the Line) activities including events, activations, roadshows, dealer promotions, and customer engagement programs

• Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams for marketing execution

• Assist in preparing marketing materials such as brochures, posters, digital creatives, and promotional content

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support marketing strategies

• Monitor and report on campaign performance and customer feedback

• Support digital marketing activities including social media updates and basic content posting

• Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all marketing materials

• Maintain proper documentation of marketing expenses and activity reports
