Job Summary

The Installation Technician is responsible for installing, configuring, testing, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment and systems at customer or project sites. The role requires technical expertise, adherence to safety standards, and excellent customer service to ensure installations are completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Hardware Installation: Securely mount, conceal, and wire GPS tracking devices across various vehicles without voiding manufacturer warranties.

2. Sensor Integration & Troubleshooting: Install specialized add-ons, such as temperature sensors/fuel sensors etc/

3. Direct B2C Sales: Pitch vehicle security and tracking solutions directly to individual owners, handling inquiries, overcoming objections, and closing sales in the field.

4. Customer Onboarding: Walk new users through the mobile application.

5. Quality Assurance: Use multimeters and diagnostic tools to ensure clean installations, optimal hardware placement.
