Job Overview:

We are seeking a versatile IT Hardware Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various IT hardware systems, including money counting machines, queue management systems, ATMs, Digital Signages etc. The IT Hardware Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring day to day order preparations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Installation and Configuration:

• Install and configure various IT hardware systems, including money counting machines, queue management systems, and ATMs, adhering to industry standards.

2. Maintenance and Upkeep:

• Conduct routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and longevity of IT hardware.

• Perform software updates and patches to address security vulnerabilities and improve functionality.

3. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:

• Identify and diagnose hardware and software issues promptly across different systems.

• Implement effective solutions to resolve technical problems and minimize downtime.

4. Security Compliance:

• Adhere to and enforce security protocols to safeguard IT systems and sensitive data.

• Stay abreast of security best practices and implement measures to mitigate potential risks.

5. Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all installations, maintenance activities, and issue resolutions.

• Provide clear and concise reports on the status of various IT hardware systems.

6. Client Interaction:

• Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with clients to understand specific requirements and address concerns promptly.

7. Training and Support:

• Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on IT hardware functionality and best practices.

• Stay informed about the latest advancements in IT hardware technology and share knowledge within the team.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in related field as hardware engineer.

• Must have personal bike and valid driving license.

• Must be ready for placement after 6 months to any of the following cities (Pokhara, Butwal, Narayanghat, Itahari)

Working Location:

Lam Pokhari, Chabahil, Kathmandu, Nepal.

• On job Knowledge & training for all products.

• Weekly off on Saturdays.

• Good growth opportunities after 2 years of working.

• NPR 7000 monthly allowance after placement to another city.
