Job Summary

Responsible for day-to-day IT support, hardware maintenance, system setup, CCTV monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth functioning of IT systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

•  Install, monitor, maintain, and perform basic troubleshooting of CCTV systems.

•  Handle printer maintenance, including cartridge refilling/replacement, jam clearing, and basic servicing.

•  Perform laptop hardware maintenance, including SSD installation, replacement, and upgrades.

•  Handle desktop/CPU assembly, component replacement, and hardware troubleshooting.

•  Format systems and performance Windows/OS installation, driver setup, and software configuration.

•  Provide general hardware and IT support to employees and resolve day-to-day technical issues.

•  Maintain records of IT equipment, repairs, replacements, and maintenance.

•  Coordinate with external IT vendors for issues requiring specialized support. 

Qualification & Skills

•  Diploma/Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

•  At least 1 year of relevant IT support/hardware experience.

•  Good practical knowledge of computer hardware, Windows OS, printers, CCTV, and basic networking.

•  Good troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
