Job Summary

As a Hub Incharge at Pathao Nepal Pvt. Ltd.the candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the assigned hub facility. The role involves managing inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating delivery operations, maintaining operational efficiency, managing delivery personnel, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the hub and ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

• Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs, operational procedures, policies, and quality standards.

• Monitor hub performance and take corrective actions to improve operational efficiency.

• Coordinate with the Central and Regional Teams to improve processes and resolve operational challenges.

• Ensure proper utilization and organization of hub space for efficient package handling and storage.

• Receive incoming packages and verify the accuracy of shipment information.

• Ensure proper sorting, scanning, handling, and dispatch of packages.

• Coordinate the handover of Inside Valley-bound shipments to transportation partners and Buddha Air, where applicable

• Create orders in Hermes and 3PL systems and ensure accurate printing and placement of shipment labels/stickers.
