Job Summery:-

Pathao is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Hub Associate to support daily logistics and administrative activities at our Dharan hub. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate parcel records, coordinating daily agent tasks, handling cash reconciliation, supporting rider onboarding, and ensuring smooth everyday hub operations.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Assist in receiving parcels from the Kathmandu hub and recording them accurately in the system.

• Support the allocation of tasks to delivery agents under the supervision of the Hub In-Charge.

• Help track and reconcile COD collections from delivery agents and prepare them for bank deposit.

• Coordinate with delivery riders and assist in onboarding new riders.

• Help manage communication with the transportation company for return shipments.

• Maintain office documents and records, and ensure basic administrative support for daily hub operations.

• Assist in providing Walk-In Support (WIS) to riders for issues not solvable through online platforms.

Qualifications: -

• Pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage activities effectively.

• Basic proficiency in MS Office. - Having a bike driving license.

• Should be familiar with email, internet, and Google Sheets.
