Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, presentable, and service-oriented Hotel Receptionist. This role is ideal for BHM students or early-career hospitality professionals who want hands-on hotel exposure, flexible working hours, and career growth in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and manage check-in and check-out procedures

• Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and walk-ins professionally

• Manage front desk operations, including phone calls, emails, and basic documentation

• Coordinate with housekeeping and operations teams to ensure smooth guest service

• Maintain accurate guest records and payment handling (cash/card)

• Resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously

• Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and professional at all times

• Having Two-wheeler driving license with vehicle is preferable but not mandatory

Required Qualifications & Experience

• BHM students (ongoing or completed) OR

• 6–12 months of experience in hotel reception, front office, or customer service

• Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
