Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, well presented, and customer focused Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will warmly welcome visitors, manage reservations, coordinate seating arrangements, and ensure every guest enjoys a positive and memorable experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and warmth.
Escort guests to their assigned tables and provide menus.
Manage reservations, walk-in guests, and waiting lists efficiently.
Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table utilization.
Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow.
Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding reservations and restaurant information.
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the reception and waiting area.
Handle guest concerns politely and escalate issues when necessary.
Assist in special events, VIP guest arrangements, and promotional activities.
Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest preferences.
Ensure high standards of customer service at all times.
Support the restaurant team with administrative or operational tasks as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, front desk, or a similar role is preferred.
Fresh graduates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
