Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Hospitality Trainer to deliver practical and classroom-based training in barista skills, café operations, fast-food preparation, kitchen fundamentals, customer service, and hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Train students in coffee preparation, espresso-based beverages, latte art, and professional café service techniques.

• Teach fast-food preparation, including burgers, sandwiches, fries, momo-style snacks, wraps, and other café menu items.

• Guide students in basic kitchen operations, mise en place, food preparation, cooking techniques, and food presentation/plating.

• Instruct and enforce food hygiene, workplace safety, cleanliness, and proper food handling standards.

• Conduct hands-on practical training sessions, demonstrations, assessments, and student evaluations.

• Maintain training equipment, tools, ingredients, and ensure an organized learning environment.

• Monitor student performance, attendance, discipline, and professional development throughout the training program.

• Assist in course planning, lesson preparation, and daily training coordination activities.

• Coordinate with management regarding training schedules, student progress, resource requirements, and program improvements.

• Provide mentorship and industry-relevant guidance to help students develop employable hospitality and food service skills.
