- Works as a team with current IT support provider to respond to firms help desk accounting system
- Troubleshoots and resolves routine end user questions or problems related to Swastik Accouting software needs, installation and/or employee training.
- Install, configure and troubleshoot software on Swastik Accounting systems
- Responsible for diagnostic and maintenance to Swastik Accounting Software.
- Create and instruct training to all users on Swastik Solutions needs. Work with HR Department and Construction Resources Director to access technology training needs of employees and track for employment development.
- Maintain all field records to field associates.
- Work collaboratively with Construction Resource Director on innovative ideas and solutions for technology training across the organization.
