Job Summary

As an HR Manager, you will lead and oversee all human resource functions across assigned properties, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and labor law compliance. Working closely with departmental leaders, you will play a key role in building high-performing teams, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting the organization's continued growth and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end HR operations across assigned property

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition and retention strategies

  • Foster a positive, performance-driven organizational culture

  • Drive employee engagement and learning & development initiatives

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices

  • Partner with department heads to build and retain high-performing teams

  • Oversee manpower planning, workforce optimization, and succession planning

  • Manage employee relations and effectively resolve workplace grievances and disciplinary matters

  • Monitor and improve employee performance management systems and appraisal processes

  • Prepare and analyze HR reports, metrics, and workforce trends to support management decisions

  • Lead onboarding, orientation, and employee integration programs

  • Ensure timely implementation of HR policies, procedures, and standard operating practices

  • Support compensation and benefits administration to maintain employee satisfaction and competitiveness

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and service excellence across all departments

  • Coordinate training needs assessments and implement development programs to enhance employee capabilities

  • Act as a strategic HR business partner to support organizational growth and operational objectives


Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of HR experience in the Hospitality industry

  • Strong leadership and people management skills

  • Expertise in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and labor compliance

  • Ability to develop HR strategies aligned with business goals

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
