Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and HR operations. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR practices and develop professional skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media platforms.

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.

• Support employee onboarding and documentation processes.

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.

• Help prepare HR reports, presentations, and MIS data.

• Support attendance, leave management, and other HR administrative tasks.

• Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.

• Ensure confidentiality of employee information and company data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Good organizational and time-management abilities.

• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Working Hours:-

Sunday to Friday (7:00 AM to 3 :00 PM)
