Job Summary

The HR Executive assists in implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee records, coordinating recruitment activities, and ensuring a positive work environment. They act as a link between management and employees to support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviews.

• Maintain employee records and HR databases.

• Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.

• Assist with payroll processing and attendance management.

• Handle employee grievances and support conflict resolution.

• Support performance appraisal and employee development programs.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

• Prepare HR reports and documentation.

• Organize employee engagement and welfare activities.

• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is preferred.

• Knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Familiarity with HR software and HRIS systems is an advantage.
