Job Summary

The HR & Culture Executive is responsible for supporting human resource operations while fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture. The role involves recruitment, employee engagement, performance support, policy implementation, training coordination, and promoting organizational values and employee wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain HR records, including compensation, benefits, and health/medical insurance documentation

• Handle employee concerns and grievances in a timely and professional manner

• Prepare HR letters, documents, and certificates (e.g., experience letters, offer letters, etc.)

• Conduct employee orientation and facilitate onboarding formalities for new hires

• Conduct employee exit interviews and analyze feedback for improvement

• Assist the supervisor in budget planning, tracking, and expense management

• Maintain and update records of departmental activities and processes

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Manage end-to-end hiring for parcel operations outside the Kathmandu Valley, including sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding

• Act as a point of contact for outside valley teams and support resolution of HR and operational issues

• Monitor manpower requirements and support workforce optimization across regions

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor Prepare and implement short-term plans for day-to-day operations aligned with the company’s objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
