Job Summary

The Front Office Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient guest handling. This role supervises front office staff, coordinates guest services, resolves customer concerns, and helps maintain high standards of hospitality and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and ensure excellent customer service.

  • Supervise daily front office operations and staff.

  • Manage check-in, check-out, reservations, and room allocation.

  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests.

  • Oversee billing, cash handling, and payment transactions.

  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.

  • Train, guide, and monitor front office team performance.

  • Maintain guest records and prepare daily reports.

  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and service standards.

  • Support smooth shift operations and staff scheduling.


Essential Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management (BHM) or equivalent.

  • 2–4 years of front office experience with supervisory exposure.

  • Strong leadership and customer service skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in PMS/reservation systems and Microsoft Office.
