Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, responsible, and creative candidate who can support front desk operations, student inquiries, admission communication, daily office coordination, and basic social media content activities related to the training center.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle front desk operations and welcome visitors professionally

  • Respond to student inquiries via calls, messages, and walk-ins

  • Explain courses, class schedules, fees, and admission procedures

  • Assist with admissions, follow-ups, and student communication

  • Maintain student records and support daily office operations

  • Coordinate with trainers, students, and the management team

  • Support basic social media content creation and updates

  • Assist with photos, videos, reels, and stories

  • Help promote training center activities and events

  • Provide support during training sessions and promotional programs


Requirements

  • Professional, polite, and confident personality

  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email, and Internet)

  • Comfortable using social media platforms

  • Creative mindset with an interest in content creation

  • Ability to interact effectively with students, parents, and visitors

  • Prior experience in front desk operations, student counseling, hospitality, or content creation is an advantage

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
