Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and self-driven Freelancers to support various business operations at Pathao. The selected individuals will work on short-term or project-based assignments, contributing to operational excellence, customer engagement, merchant support, marketing activities, data collection, and other business initiatives while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new riders, captain and Pathao heroes

• Handle visitor queries

• Make outbound calls to new interested Pathao heroes and riders

• Provide support to the Supply Acquisition and Walk-In Support team

• Assist with other tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree running or completed in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

• Willingness to travel for field assignments when required.
