Job Summary

This role is essentially an Operations Dispatch Freelancer position focused on coordinating deliveries, supporting riders/drivers (Pathao Heroes), monitoring live operations, and resolving issues in real time.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage live dispatch operations.

• Assign and coordinate tasks for Pathao Heroes (PHs).

• Track orders, deliveries, and PH locations in real time.

• Perform manual task pairing and dispatch adjustments when required.

• Communicate with PHs and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Resolve delivery and operational issues promptly.

• Maintain accurate dispatch records and reports.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Support workload management and shift operations.

• Provide timely assistance and query resolution for PHs.
