Job summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Finance Officer to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should possess accounting knowledge, analytical ability, reporting skills, and hands-on experience in financial management and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•  Maintain and update financial records, general ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable digitally in English medium.

•  Prepare quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial reports for management and regulatory submission.

•  Prepare quarterly reports and necessary disclosures for submission to NEPSE.

•  Analyze financial data and identify trends, variances, and discrepancies with recommendations for improvement.

•  Assist in budget preparation, cost analysis, and financial planning activities.

•  Ensure compliance with Nepal Financial Reporting Standards (NFRS), Companies Act, and other applicable regulations.

•  Handle TDS, advance tax, and other tax-related filings ensuring timely compliance.

•  Assist in internal and external audits by preparing required schedules and supporting documents.

•  Coordinate with banks, auditors, regulators, and government offices as required.

•  Support implementation and improvement of accounting systems, internal controls, and financial procedures.

•  Perform Nepali typing in Preeti, Unicode and prepare official financial documents in both Nepali and English.
