Job Summary

The Field Technician – Electronic Home Appliances is responsible for the installation, inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of home appliances at customer locations. The technician ensures timely and quality service while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to company service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test equipment, systems, or devices at customer locations.

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems.

• Repair or replace faulty components and equipment.

• Document service activities, maintenance records, and repair reports.

• Provide technical support and training to customers when necessary.

• Follow safety regulations and company procedures.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good condition.

• Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and technical teams.

• Respond to emergency service calls when required.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma, CTEVT Certificate, Industrial Training Institute, or equivalent qualification in Electronics, Electrical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related technical field

• 1–3 years of experience in servicing electronic home appliances (preferred).

• Freshers with relevant technical training may also apply.
