- 5- 10 years of factory floor experience in supervisory/ managerial cadre in a reputed manufacturing organization out of which 3 years should be as Plant/ Factory Manager.
- Process driven person with experience of planning, budgeting and exposure to good systems.
- Proficiency in using computers and good communication skills in English.
- Ability to lead a team of Supervisors, workers and other Factory staff. Familiarity with day to day administration and management of the staff including maintenance of the staff and labor records.
- Familiarity of the factory and labor regulations related to factory management.
- Familiarity with export import regulations, procedures and documentation would be considered favorably.
- Familiarity with Tally or other ERP systems for planning for materials and work will be an added advantage.
