Job Summary:

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations, ensuring high-quality service, maximizing customer satisfaction, and achieving revenue targets. This role involves managing staff, maintaining standards, controlling costs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage all F&B operations (restaurants, bars, room service, banquets, etc.)
