- Daily Newspaper sorting for ads. (Competitor and in-house).
- Knowledge of ATL, BTL, Branding, Event management & Various Merchandising.
- Information on in-house Ads.
- Database follow-ups and maintenance (Marketing Database-Emailer list WhatsApp, Viber, and other cross channels communications).
- Follow up on the leads, generated by the Corporate Team for Corporate Event.
- Coordination for Paper Print materials (Visiting Cards, Brochures, etc.)
- Coordination with media for ad releases.
- Checking and responding to Facebook and Instagram queries.
- Checking and transferring Facebook leads to SCs and following up.
- Booking tickets and planning itinerates for Travel Plans.
- Assisting in communication with customers during events.
- Assisting during events Event plan and Responsibilities Processing bills and keeping records of ad releases, media bills, printing bills, etc.
