Job Summary:

The Executive – Tender Sales is responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing and submitting bids, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with tender requirements. The role focuses on driving business growth through government and institutional contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and identify relevant tenders from government portals, newspapers, and online platforms.

• Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, and technical specifications.

• Prepare and submit tender documents (technical & financial proposals) accurately and within deadlines.

• Coordinate with internal departments (finance, legal, operations) for documentation and approvals.

• Maintain relationships with government agencies, clients, and vendors.

• Ensure compliance with tender requirements, policies, and regulations.

• Track tender status, follow up for results, and manage post-award processes.

• Handle contract documentation, negotiations, and execution.

• Maintain proper records of all tenders, submissions, and outcomes.

• Achieve sales targets through successful tender participation.

Required Qualifications:
