- Assist the composing of all Sales and Marketing activities.
- Give accurate advice to potential and current customers regarding the services available, offering a range of moving solutions appropriate to the client.
- Use initiative to source new clients including following leads, visiting potential clients and giving sales presentations.
- Responsible for developing sales targets and strategies with the help of the sales team, and then overseeing that these targets are met.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
