A Driver is responsible for safely transporting people, goods, or materials to designated locations while following traffic laws and company policies. The role includes maintaining the assigned vehicle, ensuring timely deliveries or pickups, and providing professional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive office staff and visitors safely to assigned locations.

• Pick up and drop off employee.

• Keep the vehicle clean and in good condition.

• Check fuel, oil, water, tires, and other basic vehicle functions.

• Report any vehicle repairs or maintenance needs.

• Follow traffic rules and drive safely at all times.

• Keep records of trips, fuel, and vehicle maintenance.

• Deliver office documents and parcels when required.

• Ensure the vehicle documents (license, insurance, registration) are valid and available.

• Assist with other office-related tasks when requested by the supervisor.
