Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Driver Cum Cleaner to support daily transportation and office cleanliness operations. The candidate will be responsible for safely driving company vehicles while also maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within the office premises and assigned vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

1. Driving Duties

• Safely drive company vehicles for staff transportation, deliveries, and official errands.

• Ensure timely pickup and drop-off as assigned.

• Follow all traffic rules, safety regulations, and company policies.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of assigned vehicles.

• Conduct routine vehicle checks and report maintenance or repair requirements.

• Monitor fuel levels and ensure timely servicing of the vehicle.

• Keep vehicle documents updated and readily available.

2. Cleaning & Maintenance Duties

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, washrooms, and common areas.

• Sweep, mop, dust, and vacuum floors and surfaces regularly.

• Ensure washrooms are cleaned, sanitized, and stocked with necessary supplies.

• Dispose of waste materials properly and manage garbage collection.

• Clean office furniture, glass surfaces, doors, and windows as required.

• Prepare and maintain cleanliness of pantry/kitchen area.

• Support in serving tea, coffee, water, or refreshments during meetings when required.

• Monitor and report cleaning supply requirements or maintenance issues.

• Ensure hygiene and safety standards are maintained at all times.
