Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who understands digital branding, online promotion, content marketing, and customer engagement, especially in sectors like healthcare, hospitals, and clinics.

You will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and promoting our software solutions across Nepal through various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote software products and services

• Manage social media platforms, online campaigns, and digital advertisements

• Create engaging marketing content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials

• Generate and nurture leads through digital channels

• Improve online brand visibility and audience engagement

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports

• Collaborate with sales and technical teams for marketing activities and product promotions

• Manage SEO, social media marketing, and online branding initiatives

• Participate in events, campaigns, and product awareness programs

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing, online branding, or marketing campaigns

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, and digital advertising

• Good communication, creative thinking, and content creation skills

• Ability to understand and promote software products effectively

• Knowledge of marketing analytics and lead generation strategies

• Good organizational and time management abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in IT or software company marketing

• Knowledge of healthcare or hospital industry in Nepal

• Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms

• Basic graphic design or video content creation skills will be an advantage
