Job Purpose

To plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, website traffic, customer engagement, and lead generation through various online channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

• Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.

• Execute and optimize SEO and SEM campaigns.

• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

• Create and distribute email marketing campaigns.

• Monitor website performance and user behavior using analytics tools.

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.

• Generate leads and improve conversion rates through digital channels.

• Prepare campaign performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Coordinate with designers, content creators, and sales teams to ensure campaign success.

• Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.

• Relevant certifications in digital marketing are an advantage.
