Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success & Onboarding Executive to ensure new customers have a smooth onboarding experience and receive ongoing support. The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships, provide product training, resolve customer concerns, and help customers achieve maximum value from our products or services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new restaurant customers and complete account setup.

  • Train restaurant owners and staff to use Growstro effectively.

  • Ensure customers complete their first successful setup and begin using the platform.

  • Follow up regularly during the trial period to encourage product adoption.

  • Build strong relationships with restaurant owners and managers.

  • Resolve customer issues by coordinating with the product and operations teams.

  • Monitor customer activity and proactively contact inactive customers.

  • Collect customer feedback and share improvement suggestions with the team.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up notes in the CRM.


Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

  • Comfortable training customers and explaining software.

  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new technology.

  • Previous experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, Hospitality, Account Management, or Sales is preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory for candidates with relevant experience.
